The Commission organized the 10th edition of the conference on 'Antitrust between EU Law and National Law', which was held in Treviso on 17 and 18 May 2012. The publication of the papers will take place in February 2013. The volume is particularly relevant since it includes the contributions of experienced and high-ranking professionals, company lawyers, academics and officers.

Activities

The Commission supports the Italian Regional Delegation of Central East Adriatic Region for restarting its activity. It has participated in the creation of the Newsletter of the Regional Delegation, whose first issue was published in October 2012.
The Commission collaborates with the organization of the next General Assembly, which will take place in Prague on November 29, 2013.

The Commission, in cooperation with OLAF and the Centre for the Study of European Criminal Law - CSDPE, organized a conference which was held in Milan on May 31, 2012 on the following topic: 'The circulation of smuggling of counterfeit products: protection of EU financial interests and of consumers in the internal market'.
The Commission, under the high patronage of President of the Italian Republic and with the support of the FEIN and the CSDPE organized the 9th edition of the Summer University, which was held in Cesano Maderno (Province of Monza-Brianza), on August 30, 2012, on the topic: Landscape and well-being: well-being of nature, economics of well-being, human well-being.
The Commission, in cooperation with OLAF and the Centre for the Study of European Criminal Law - CSDPE organized the symposium which was held in Milan on 25 January 2013 on the topic 'The creation of the European Prosecutor and the European Criminal Law protection of the financial interests of the EU'.
The Commission, in cooperation with the Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany, organized a conference which was held in Milan on February 25, 2013 on the topic: 'The application of the Law 231 in Italy e in Germany in the industrial sector'.
